Information We Collect

When you visit our website, contact us, request a consultation, or communicate with us, we may collect information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, phone number, location, and details about the care or support your family is seeking.

We may also collect information about how you use our website, such as your browser type, device information, pages visited, and general usage information. This information may be collected through cookies or similar technologies that help us operate, secure, and improve the website.

If you choose to receive text messages from us, we collect the mobile phone number you provide, your opt-in or consent record, and information needed to deliver and manage those messages.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to respond to questions and consultation requests, understand your family’s needs, provide and coordinate our services, communicate with you about an inquiry or relationship with us, and provide information you request.

We may also use information to operate, maintain, personalize, and improve our website and services; monitor website performance; protect the security of our systems; prevent fraud or misuse; comply with legal obligations; and enforce our agreements.

We use your mobile number to send SMS messages only when you have provided the required consent or otherwise requested those messages. We do not use SMS consent as permission to send unrelated marketing through another channel.

SMS and Mobile Data Privacy (10DLC)

If you opt in to receive SMS messages from Sundey Home Support, we may send messages related to your consultation request, care services, scheduling, updates, or other communications you have requested. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

No marketing sharing of mobile information. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell, rent, or use mobile information to build or enrich marketing profiles for unrelated advertising.

Opt-in data is not shared. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Your SMS opt-in data, consent, and the fact that you opted in will be used only to provide the SMS services you requested.

Limited service-provider use. We may share mobile information with service providers solely to provide the services you have requested, including providers that help us operate, deliver, or support our SMS program. These service providers may use the information only to perform services for us, may not use it for their own marketing, and may not sell or otherwise share it for unrelated purposes.

We may disclose information, including mobile information, when reasonably necessary to comply with law, a legal process, or a valid government request; protect the rights, safety, and property of Sundey Home Support or others; investigate fraud or abuse; or protect the security of our services. These disclosures are not made for marketing purposes.

Your Choices, Rights, and SMS Opt-Out

Information requests. You may request access to the personal information we maintain about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, request deletion of information that we no longer need to retain, or ask questions about how your information is used.
